Feature:

To prevent grinding crack and surface softening, it is necessary to pay attention to the proper cooling, proper grinding pressure and reasonable machining process to prevent grinding cracks and surface softening.
If mold edm after quenching and tempering, in the final stages of edm, should take the small current high frequency, the mold surface should be after discharge grinding removal "spark white layer", and add a tempering, the tempering temperature about 25 ℃ less than before.
